Smarter Apps was founded in 2009 by technology entrepreneurs who are passionate about enhancing the utility of smartphones. Great mobile apps make smartphones more and more useful to the owner. This enhanced utility can be in the form of increased productivity, enhanced personalization of the smartphone device or greater entertainment value of the smartphone.
Smarter Apps began providing its first application; Smarter Wallpaper for BlackBerry, free of charge in April of 2010. Since then Smarter Apps has released many applications for BlackBerry smartphones and in 2011 has branched out to include Android smartphones and iPhone/iPad devices.
