Player for YouTube allows you to browse, play, search, share and bookmark YouTube videos on your BlackBerry® device with a very easy to use interface.

The free version of Player for YouTube offers the basic features such as allowing you to browse, play and search YouTube videos on your BlackBerry device.
The following features are supported:
- Featured, Popular, Top Rated, Newest and Most Viewed Feeds
- Playing videos over RTSP Streaming or Wifi and WAP
- Share videos links by Email, Facebook, Twitter
- Bookmark your favorite videos for easy access
- Search for videos, including saved search history
- Browse videos by Categories and Tags
- View user channels
- Click on YouTube.com links from other BlackBerry applications
- Log into YouTube to access favorites

Support Note: If you have problems playing videos it's because your data plan probably does not support streaming YouTube videos. To verify if your data plan supports YouTube please try and play videos with your BlackBerry Browser on http://m.youtube.com to confirm. If the video playing fails in the browser then contact your carrier and they can adjust your data plan to support YouTube video streaming. Many users submit reviews saying that playing videos does not work, but it is because their data plans do not support streaming video.
Note: You must have a BlackBerry device with system software 4.6 or above to use Player for YouTube. As well a Wifi connection is recommended to reduce data charges, if no Wifi is available a WAP data connection must be available.
